Looking for a new agency to further improve their listings and product sales on Amazon

Overview

Hope’s has been delivering on the promise of an easier, more effective clean for almost 50 years. The brand developed with the desire to see more cleaning promises fulfilled and produce a safe, satisfying cleaning experience to their customers.

Commerce Rev and Hope’s partnered together in February of 2020. Having previously worked with a different advertising agency, Hope’s was looking for a new agency that would be able to further improve their products and product sales on Amazon. In order to reach this goal, Commerce Rev developed a plan that offered product listing optimization, enhanced brand content, and the integration of a profitable marketing strategy.

Through these services Commerce Rev worked with Hope’s to list and optimize their entire product catalog on Amazon. The Hope’s product catalog developed improved product and search rankings, as well as fully optimized product information and product images. With the help of the creative team, the Hope’s Amazon Store received an updated design integrating improved navigation and categorization, and each product listing received updated A+ Detail content. Through the work of the digital marketing team, Hope’s was able to implement an Amazon Advertising strategy that led to an increase in paid search sales with over 12,500 units sold.

Hope’s had no Amazon Advertising in place for their products, limiting the number of customers they could reach. Without any historic campaign data, a strategy would need to be developed over time as advertisements produce insightful data that determines campaign execution.

Commerce Rev developed an advertising strategy from the ground up, implementing strategic bidding and created Amazon Posts to boost customer engagement. Over time, data collected from historic campaigns was analyzed to create optimized campaigns to grow sales and increase advertising efficiency.

The new advertising strategy launched for Hope’s generated data necessary for optimizing campaigns to be more intuitive, and produced the following results.

FULLY OPTIMIZE ALL PRODUCT LISTINGS

With a selection of their products already listed on Amazon, the content optimization team worked with the client to ensure that their entire product collection was listed, as well as listed correctly. This process included submitting new product listings, fixing product variations and families, merging duplicate ASINs, and fully optimizing all product content. The content team thoroughly reviewed each product to ensure the title, keywords, bullet points, and descriptions were fully optimized to improve ranking and organic search results. As part of the content optimization process, the creative team was also used to develop product images for each product listing, and ensure that all previously listed product images were accurately displaying the product.

  • Duplicate listings in violation of Amazon’s listing creation policy were merged to Hope’s rightful ASINs

Having previously worked with another marketing agency, Hope’s partnered with Commerce Rev with some A+ Detail work that had already been completed. Though some of their products had existing content, Commerce Rev worked with the Hope’s team to develop A+ Detail layouts on the remaining items in their product catalog, as well as some new items that were being optimized by our content team. The goal of this project was to create dynamic A+ Detail layouts that accurately matched the existing A+ Detail content on some of their products. As part of this task, the creative team was able to develop new A+ Detail layouts and update some of the existing layouts that accurately showcased the product, followed the brand guidelines, and ultimately provided customers informative and visually appealing graphics to provide more information to potential customers.

The Commerce Rev design team wanted to provide Hope’s with an Amazon storefront that would showcase their entire product collection with clean and precise category navigation to improve customer experience and provide an outlet for some of their less popular products to be seen. The new Hope Amazon store provides customers with five product categories that house their entire product selection. The clean and precise design provides customers with a look at Hope’s company values as well as proof to why their products are some of the best in the business. Through this improved store design we hope that customers will be able to learn more about the Hope’s products to be able to make informed buying decisions and overall have an easy and comprehensive shopping experience.

Reviews & Reputation

When it comes to requesting and gaining product reviews, Amazon’s internal framework has very limited resources, with its main solution requiring a manual review request per order. For brands like Hope’s, manually requesting reviews can be extremely time-consuming based on the number of orders that they receive. To save time and still gain product reviews, Commerce Rev implemented our Amazon Review Automation software. Now once an order is placed, the review automation integration automatically sends product review requests for eligible orders on behalf of Hope’s.
